The goal of this site is to teach people with little or no experience in web design, the basics of the concept. This site will answer the questions:

This website can be viewed as a reference or it can be read in its entirety by anyone who was no experience in creating websites. The pages on this site have been organized in such a way that an individual can start at What Is HTML and read all the way through the lessons to Ready To Go Public. If an individual read all of these pages then they would be ready to program and publish their own website.
